Fulfillment Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfillment Department Supervisor to lead our team in Chesterfield, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Fulfillment Department, ensuring efficient and effective management of inventory, supply chain, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of fulfillment staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics operations.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fulfillment or operations environment.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
