Senior Lead AI Engineer driving end‑to‑end development and production deployment of scalable Generative AI and ML solutions using Python, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and production deployment of scalable Generative AI and ML models, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Architect and maintain robust data pipelines, model training workflows, and inference services on AWS, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable insights.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of best practices, code quality, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and cloud services (AWS).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
- Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to lead technical teams in a fast‑paced environment.
