FSP - Scientist III - Large Molecule

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FSP Scientist III - Large Molecule to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying machine learning and bioinformatics skills to analyze large molecule data, identify trends, and develop predictive models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with AWS cloud services, and a solid understanding of high-throughput sequencing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply machine learning and bioinformatics techniques to analyze large molecule data.
• Develop and implement predictive models to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analysis results into product development.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and methodologies in the field of bioinformatics and machine learning.
• Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in AWS cloud services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
