FSP - Scientist II - Small Molecule

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FSP Scientist II to join our team in Greenfield, Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading small molecule research and development projects, utilizing advanced technologies such as Python, Machine Learning, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience with small molecule synthesis and characterization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead small molecule research and development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Develop and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain expertise in small molecule synthesis and characterization.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in small molecule research and development.
• Strong background in Python programming and experience with Machine Learning algorithms.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
