About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, joint business planning, and performance management for AI‑focused startups and technology partners.
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies that align partner capabilities with AWS AI services, driving joint sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with AWS product, solution, and technical teams to create joint value propositions, solution briefs, and proof‑of‑concepts.
- Act as the primary technical and business liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on roadmap, pricing, and support.
- Track partner performance metrics, provide regular insights, and recommend actions to accelerate growth and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management or business development within the cloud or AI industry.
- Deep understanding of AWS AI/ML services and the broader cloud ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs, with measurable revenue impact.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, cross‑functional environment.
