Lead the frontend of a next‑generation tax/estate planning platform, building scalable, high‑performance UIs with React, TypeScript, and Vite while translating Figma designs into production code and collaborating closely with backend and design leads.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end frontend architecture for the flagship product, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Translate evolving Figma prototypes into clean, reusable React components using TypeScript and modern CSS techniques.
- Select and justify tooling, libraries, and frameworks (e.g., Vite, React, state management) that best fit product goals.
- Collaborate closely with the backend/algorithm CTO to integrate APIs and data flows.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and accessibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in Vite, modern JavaScript, and CSS (Sass/Styled‑Components).
- Hands‑on experience converting Figma designs into pixel‑perfect UIs.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building clean, maintainable code.
- Effective communication and collaboration in a remote, cross‑functional team.
