Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, high‑performance web interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS methodologies.
- Mentor and coach a cross‑functional team of front‑end engineers, fostering a culture of code quality, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and back‑end teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring to ensure robust, scalable applications.
- Drive adoption of best practices in accessibility, security, and SEO across the front‑end stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of front‑end development experience with a strong portfolio of production applications.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS (including preprocessors and CSS-in-JS).
- Hands‑on experience with agile methodologies and leading technical teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and build tools (Webpack, Vite) is a plus.
