About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and ship responsive UI components in React/Next.js, ensuring pixel‑perfect implementation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and product leads to translate design mockups into functional, maintainable code.
- Write clean, testable JavaScript and CSS, following best practices for performance and accessibility.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high code quality standards.
- Iterate quickly on user feedback, improving UI polish and overall user experience.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands‑on experience building production React or Next.js applications.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3, with a keen eye for design detail.
- Experience with component‑driven architecture, state management, and modern build tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
