• English native speaker with excellent written and spoken language skills
• Deep and thorough understanding of technical, medical and/or scientific matters, preferably with a degree and/or experience in the required field
• Comfortable in expressing thoughts and opinions constructively and in a well-founded manner
• Proven experience as editor, translator or in a related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – especially Word
• As this is a freelance position, the candidate must be self-motivated and have a pro-active attitude
