Fractional Data Quality & Analytics Specialist
This position is expected to support organizational priorities for an initial period of 3 to 6 months, with the opportunity for extension based on evolving organizational needs and business requirements.
General Description
Centering Healthcare Institute (“CHI”) is a non-profit organization that collaborates with healthcare providers across all sectors to transform healthcare. Our mission is to champion and advance the evidence-based Centering group model of care to transform how healthcare is practiced and experienced, empowering healthcare providers and patients to improve health outcomes.
We empower patients, strengthen patient-provider relationships, and build communities through three main components: health assessment, interactive learning, and community building. CHI is transforming healthcare delivery and outcomes for all families, beginning with pregnancy and early childhood, by expanding access to our evidence-based framework for billable group medical visits. With over two decades of experience, CHI has successfully scaled Centering to approximately 480 Centering sites in more than 40 U.S. states and territories, with approximately 28,000 patients served in 2025.
The Role
Reporting to the Vice President of Technology, the Fractional Data Quality & Analytics Specialist supports Centering Healthcare Institute 's data, evaluation, research, and impact functions in support of CHI's strategic priorities. The specialist supports the implementation of CHI's data strategy, promotes the integrity and usability of organizational data, and collaborates across teams to translate insights into evidence-informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone with experience in data analysis within public health or nonprofit settings, an interest in the full data lifecycle from data collection through analysis and reporting, and a passion for helping colleagues use data to support learning, improvement, and impact.
