Lead financial planning, modeling, and reporting for a diversified enterprise, leveraging Excel, SQL, Power BI, and ERP systems to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision‑making.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring accurate, timely data for senior leadership.
- Extract, transform, and load data from ERP and other source systems using SQL, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and provide financial insights for business initiatives.
- Automate routine reporting processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Requirements
- 3+ years of FP&A or financial reporting experience in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, VBA) and SQL for data extraction.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across the organization.
