About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, variances, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Design and implement automated reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and scripting to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI tools that enhance predictive analytics and scenario planning.
- Prepare concise executive summaries and presentations that translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of FP&A experience in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, VBA), Power BI, and SQL for data extraction and visualization.
- Experience with AI/ML concepts or tools applied to financial analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
