About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Leverage Power BI and Python to create interactive dashboards and automate reporting workflows.
- Integrate AI/ML techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy and uncover actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Continuously improve data quality, governance, and process efficiency across the finance function.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL for data manipulation and automation.
- Experience applying AI/ML methods to financial forecasting and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
