Founding Technical Writer US & Canada

As a Founding Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documentation for our product. This includes writing user manuals, guides, and API documentation. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining our documentation style guide and ensuring consistency across all documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and publishing blog posts, release notes, and other content to communicate with our users and stakeholders. You will be a key member of our team and will play a critical role in shaping the voice and tone of our documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality technical documentation for our product, including user manuals, guides, and API documentation.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develop and maintain our documentation style guide and ensure consistency across all documentation.
• Create and publish blog posts, release notes, and other content to communicate with users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a technical writer or in a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience with Markdown, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
