About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for AI note‑taking and charge capture solutions, aligning with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver high‑impact features that double clinician efficiency.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback from doctors, nurses, and billing staff to shape product enhancements.
- Own product metrics, analyze usage data, and iterate to improve adoption and revenue capture.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and executive stakeholders, translating business goals into actionable technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Proven track record of launching AI or data‑driven products that scale.
- Strong understanding of medical billing, charge capture, and clinical documentation workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and data analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.).
