About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end‑to‑end systems for high‑volume manufacturing and critical infrastructure projects.
- Lead cross‑functional teams, setting technical direction and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Design and validate embedded hardware and firmware, integrating sensors, actuators, and control logic.
- Implement robust testing, simulation, and validation pipelines to guarantee reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems engineering within hardtech or manufacturing environments.
- Strong background in embedded systems, electronics, and control systems.
- Hands‑on expertise with hardware prototyping, PCB design, and firmware development.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to work autonomously.
