Founding Software Engineer - Lance

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI‑driven workflows that manage hotel front‑desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Node.js, integrating with cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Build responsive, user‑friendly front‑end interfaces with React for internal staff and partner dashboards.
• Collaborate with data scientists to embed machine‑learning models into production pipelines, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and monitor performance in a cloud‑native environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience, with strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and React.
• Hands‑on experience deploying and scaling services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts and experience integrating ML models into production systems.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker) and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, logging).
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment and contribute to product strategy.
