About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for AI phone agents, translating market needs into scalable features.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-impact releases on schedule.
- Analyze usage data, customer feedback, and industry trends to prioritize enhancements and optimize agent performance.
- Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, sales, and support to align product vision with business goals.
- Champion a data‑driven culture, establishing metrics, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks to measure success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably in AI or contact center solutions.
- Proven track record of launching complex, data‑centric products that scale.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and KPI definition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Passion for leveraging AI to solve real‑world customer service challenges.
