About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agentic operating system, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver AI‑powered features that automate documentation, insurance verification, and claims processing.
- Engage with clinicians, clinic administrators, and payers to gather feedback, validate solutions, and iterate on product design.
- Lead cross‑functional sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management using Agile practices.
- Analyze usage metrics and market trends to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health workflows and payer ecosystems.
- Proven track record of launching AI or data‑driven products.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel quarterly to the US for stakeholder meetings and product demos.
