About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end design process for new health‑tech products, from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless, engaging user experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to translate complex medical workflows into intuitive interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data‑driven iterations to validate design decisions.
- Advise on product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience in a high‑growth tech or health‑tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools and strong prototyping skills.
- Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and experience with design systems.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.
