Founding Product Designer - Hera

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process for AI-driven motion features, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate AI capabilities into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports scalable motion patterns and consistent visual language across platforms.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting usability tests, gathering feedback, and iterating rapidly.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing motion and AI integration.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, After Effects, and motion libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, GSAP).
• Solid understanding of AI concepts and how they can enhance user interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments is a plus.
