Founding Product Designer - Closure

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product design lifecycle, from user research and persona development to wireframes, prototypes, and visual design.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and data teams to translate complex law‑enforcement workflows into clean, user‑centric interfaces.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive design system that scales across web and mobile platforms.
• Advocate for user‑centered design principles, conducting usability tests and iterating based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence within a fast‑moving startup environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or security‑focused products.
• Proficiency in Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing research, interaction design, and visual polish.
• Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Passion for solving real‑world problems and a willingness to iterate quickly in a startup setting.
