About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and ship end‑to‑end features from data ingestion to user interface, ensuring sub‑hour deployment to fleet managers.
- Lead a small, high‑velocity engineering team, mentoring developers and establishing best practices for code quality and CI/CD.
- Design scalable telemetry pipelines on AWS, processing real‑time vehicle data and integrating with OEM systems.
- Collaborate with product and data science to build machine‑learning models that predict failures and optimize workflows.
- Own the full stack: backend services in Python/Node.js, frontend in React, and cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping production systems.
- Strong background in Python, Node.js, and AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis).
- Experience building telemetry pipelines and integrating with external OEM APIs.
- Hands‑on knowledge of machine‑learning workflows and model deployment.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building high‑impact, customer‑centric products.
