Founding Go Developer - AI SaaS Platform - European Service Center

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance Go services that power the core AI features of the automotive SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate machine‑learning models into production pipelines.
• Architect scalable, fault‑tolerant microservices and ensure seamless deployment across the company’s infrastructure.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers in Go and system design.
• Continuously optimize performance, reliability, and security of the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Go development experience.
• Strong background in building AI/ML‑enabled SaaS products.
• Proficiency in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud‑native architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, curiosity, and a pragmatic approach to engineering.
