Product Manager
Lead the creation and deployment of AI‑driven clinical documentation products, bridging cutting‑edge generative AI with electronic medical record systems to improve clinician efficiency and patient care.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market strategy for AI‑powered clinical documentation tools.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and clinical teams to translate healthcare workflows into product requirements.
- Drive rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative releases in an agile environment.
- Ensure AI models are auditable, trustworthy, and aligned with regulatory and compliance standards for healthcare.
- Gather feedback from clinicians and stakeholders to continuously improve product usability and impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI, healthtech, or enterprise software.
- Deep understanding of generative AI, machine‑learning pipelines, and their application to medical data.
- Hands‑on experience integrating solutions with EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineers, data scientists, and clinical users.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills in fast‑moving startup environments.
