Software Engineer
Lead the technical vision as a Founding Engineer, building scalable cloud-native services with Python, Node.js, and AWS while driving remote team excellence and product delivery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high‑availability microservices using Python and Node.js on AWS.
- Design CI/CD pipelines, containerize workloads with Docker, and orchestrate with Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentor and grow a distributed engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance best practices across all deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience in a fast‑moving startup environment.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, and AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
- Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to lead remote teams.
- Passion for building scalable, maintainable systems and a track record of delivering high‑quality code.
