About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core routing and inference platform using Go or Rust, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Architect and deploy end‑to‑end encryption mechanisms, integrating modern cryptographic primitives to protect data in transit and at rest.
- Build and maintain containerized infrastructure with Docker and Kubernetes, providing a reliable hosted service for developers.
- Lead the open‑source community: write clear documentation, review contributions, and foster collaboration on GitHub.
- Collaborate with product and UX teams to define feature roadmaps, prioritize work, and deliver a polished, user‑friendly API.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python.
- Deep understanding of cryptography, TLS, and secure key management.
- Hands‑on experience deploying and operating services on Kubernetes clusters, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record contributing to or maintaining open‑source projects.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment and make architectural decisions.
