About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust backend services that support AI employee workflows and data pipelines.
- Design and maintain scalable microservices using Python and Node.js, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Integrate with AWS services (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, ECS) to build cloud-native solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and automated testing to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience in production environments.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and cloud architecture best practices.
- Solid understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and container orchestration.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building scalable, maintainable systems.
