As a Founding Applied AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying next-generation agentic AI systems that operate reliably in real-world environments. This involves developing RAG pipelines, tool-using agents, and integrating AI into core product workflows while focusing on evaluation, reliability, and safety.

What You’ll Do
- Design and ship agentic AI systems
- Build RAG pipelines and tool-using agents
- Deploy and monitor LLM workloads in production
- Focus on evaluation, reliability, and safety
- Integrate AI into core product workflows
- Work closely with founders and customers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience shipping AI systems to real users
- Deep familiarity with agents, RAG, orchestration
- Python-first programming skills
- Production ML / LLM operations experience
- Comfort operating in early-stage environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangGraph / Temporal / orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with Vector databases
- Knowledge of HIPAA / SOC-2 systems
- Proficiency with Terraform / Kubernetes
- Experience with Edge or real-time AI systems
