Founding AI Engineer
As a Founding AI Engineer at Softlight, you will be a core member of the early team, building novel AI systems and shipping products directly to users. You will contribute to defining the product roadmap and strategy, making key technical decisions, and helping to grow the team, all while working closely with founders and early team members.
Softlight is creating product and design agents that help you discover what to build. Today's AI prototyping tools assume your first idea is what you should build. But strong product decisions are rarely made this way. Creating great products means navigating business, product, and customer complexity, then using those insights to explore a wide range of ideas. Softlight learns your business, discovers product ideas, and designs them in ways you might not have thought of. It’s built for PMs, engineers, and designers. Our design partners range from growth stage startups to Fortune 500 companies.
