Lead the design and deployment of an AI assistant for home assessment workflows, leveraging computer vision, NLP, and cloud infrastructure to automate documentation and empower clinicians to focus on client care.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end AI solutions that automate measurement, documentation, and paperwork for home assessments.
- Integrate computer vision and NLP models into a real‑time assistant that runs on clinicians’ devices.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to iterate on user experience and feature roadmap.
- Deploy models and services on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong background in Python and machine‑learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with computer‑vision pipelines and NLP for structured data extraction.
- Proficiency in AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3) and containerization (Docker).
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and agile workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for building products that improve healthcare outcomes.
