Mage Legal is hiring a Founding AI Engineer to disrupt the realtor space by building an AI-powered software platform. This role involves designing and developing AI agent flows, prompt engineering, and collaborating closely with the CEO and CTO to implement key features for real estate agent workflows.

About the Role

We are a YC-backed (S24) startup looking to disrupt the realtor space by creating a software platform that allows regular people to buy homes without a traditional realtor. We're automate real estate agent workflows, including messaging, deal management, and customer interaction, all with AI.

Responsibilities

Design, develop AI agent flows, particularly those related to tool use.
Collab closely with CEO and CTO to design, develop, and implement key features of our AI realtor platform.
Prompt engineer effective GPT prompts and fine-tune AI responses.
Design AI prompts for messaging and deal automation flows (texts and emails).
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and use new AI as it comes out.
Backend AI, typescript role.

Qualifications

Uses AI to ship code fast.
Previously shipped consumer-facing features.

Understands how to text people well.
