Engineering Manager

About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CTO to define technical roadmaps for AI-driven phone agents.
- Develop and prototype Python-based ML models, integrating them into production pipelines on AWS.
- Analyze user data to uncover insights, informing product enhancements and feature prioritization.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between engineering, design, and business objectives.
- Document architecture, best practices, and technical decisions for internal knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hands‑on experience deploying models on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS).
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Passion for AI, startups, and building products from concept to launch.
