Lead cutting‑edge research on large language models for drug discovery, building scalable ML pipelines and deploying models in a high‑performance biotech environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and evaluate large language model architectures tailored to drug discovery challenges.
Develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
Collaborate with computational chemists and data scientists to integrate model outputs into drug‑design workflows.
Optimize models for performance on GPU clusters and cloud platforms, leveraging PyTorch/TensorFlow frameworks.
Publish findings in peer‑reviewed venues and present at internal and external conferences.
Requirements
PhD or equivalent experience in machine learning, NLP, or related fields.
Proven expertise in training and fine‑tuning large language models.
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning libraries.
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and GPU‑accelerated training.
Excellent communication skills and a track record of publishing research.
