Forward Deployed Software Engineer
As a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Pareto AI, you will partner directly with clients, including leading AI labs, to understand and solve critical AI challenges. This role involves developing targeted solutions, configuring product demonstrations, advising on LLM evaluation best practices, and contributing to custom web applications and technical documentation. You will leverage your engineering expertise to influence the product roadmap and help scale the company's RL environment and human-data infrastructure.
Humanity is in a virtuous cycle: human insight improves AI, and better AI expands what people can do. Sustaining it depends on the one input that can't be automated: expert human judgment. At Pareto, we build the platform that turns that judgment into the data, evals, and RL environments frontier models learn from.
