About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end AI agent pipelines that automate logistics workflows, from appointment scheduling to load optimization.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations teams to translate business requirements into robust, production‑grade code.
- Design and implement scalable, fault‑tolerant services on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance for real‑time logistics data.
- Integrate machine learning models into live systems, monitoring inference latency, accuracy, and drift.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices in CI/CD, testing, and observability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on cloud‑native Python development.
- Proven expertise in AWS services (Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, DynamoDB, SageMaker).
- Hands‑on experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations and the ability to translate domain challenges into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
