About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Guide a cross‑functional engineering team in developing AI‑native applications from concept through production deployment.
- Architect scalable, cloud‑based solutions leveraging AWS services, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and customer stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Mentor engineers on best practices in software development, testing, and performance optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on Python or Java development.
- Proven track record delivering AI/ML solutions in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).
- Strong expertise in container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD frameworks.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing end‑to‑end project delivery.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
