Software Engineer
Forward Deployed Engineer building real‑time voice and AI applications on a cloud platform, collaborating closely with customers to design, prototype, and optimize WebRTC‑based solutions using Python and Node.js.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand real‑time communication and voice AI requirements and translate them into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy prototypes using WebRTC, Python, and Node.js, ensuring low latency and high reliability.
- Integrate voice AI models and services, optimizing for performance and cost on cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to customers during implementation and scaling phases.
- Collect and analyze usage metrics, troubleshoot production issues, and iterate on product features based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Strong experience with WebRTC, real‑time audio streaming, and voice‑AI pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend and client‑side development.
- Hands‑on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
