About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy highly automated conversational voice and chat agents for strategic customers using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, production‑ready solutions.
- Lead on‑site and remote customer deployments, ensuring seamless integration with existing Zoom products and infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance and best‑practice recommendations to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize agent performance, leveraging AWS services for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
- Native‑level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal) and strong communication skills in English.
- Proven experience building conversational AI or voice‑enabled applications with Python and Node.js.
- Hands‑on experience deploying AI solutions on AWS (Lambda, SageMaker, ECS, etc.).
- Familiarity with LLMs, agentic frameworks, and conversational design principles.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role.
