As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing the infrastructure for our global operations. You will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure that our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. This is a remote position that can be based in the UK, EU, or ME region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy scalable and secure infrastructure solutions using cloud-based technologies such as AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize infrastructure needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in cloud computing and infrastructure technologies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud-based technologies.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and its services, including EC2, S3, and RDS.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and data processing concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
