Software Engineer
Forward Deployed Engineer building and deploying AI solutions in production, integrating the Redtie platform with client systems using Python, ML, APIs, and cloud services to deliver measurable business outcomes.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess workflows, data, and operational challenges, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered features on the Redtie platform, ensuring seamless integration with existing client systems.
- Implement robust data pipelines and API integrations, leveraging Python and cloud services (AWS/GCP) to support real‑time analytics and model inference.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to iterate on feature design, performance tuning, and scalability.
- Provide on‑site or remote support, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering best‑practice guidance to client teams.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building ML/AI solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and deploying scalable services.
- Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and data pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a client‑facing engineering role or consulting is a plus.
