Lead end‑to‑end AI and analytics solutions for finance, building scalable data pipelines and ML models on Snowflake and AWS, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high‑impact insights.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production‑grade data pipelines and ML models for finance analytics on Snowflake and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Experiment with emerging AI capabilities, prototyping new features and iterating quickly.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across large datasets.
- Mentor and coach teammates on best practices in data engineering and machine learning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering or ML engineering roles.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Snowflake data platform.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (S3, Redshift, SageMaker, Glue).
- Strong background in building and deploying ML models for financial use cases.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, experimental mindset.
