Forward Deployed Engineer FDE, Full Stack - Databricks

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand data and AI challenges and design scalable, production‑ready solutions on the Databricks platform.
• Own the full architecture stack, making critical design decisions across data engineering, machine learning, and application development.
• Implement end‑to‑end pipelines using Python, Scala, Spark, and SQL, integrating with client systems and cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Leverage MLflow for model lifecycle management, ensuring reproducibility and governance.
• Provide technical training, workshops, and support to customers, fostering long‑term partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or full‑stack development with strong Python/Scala skills.
• Deep knowledge of Apache Spark, Databricks, and cloud data platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with MLflow, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, and developer relations teams.
