About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation on foreign assistance datasets to ensure high‑quality inputs for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders across agencies.
- Design and implement analytical models, including machine‑learning and generative AI techniques, to uncover trends and support decision‑making.
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows with Python and SQL to improve efficiency and reproducibility.
- Establish and enforce data governance standards, documentation, and security protocols in line with Secret clearance requirements.
- Collaborate with intra‑ and inter‑agency partners to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide expert guidance on data strategy.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance and ability to work with classified information.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience building and deploying machine‑learning or generative AI models for analytical purposes.
- Demonstrated expertise in data quality, governance, and automation of data workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse government stakeholders.
