Systems Engineer
Hands‑on Fluid Systems Engineer to design, build, test, and refine fluidic subsystems for an automated beverage platform, leveraging fluid dynamics, CAD, PLCs, and control‑system programming.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prototype fluidic subsystems (pumps, valves, reservoirs) for a self‑serve matcha beverage machine.
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks and validate designs through CFD analysis.
- Develop and program PLC logic and HMI interfaces to control fluid flow, temperature, and pressure.
- Integrate sensors and feedback loops, implementing control algorithms in Python or ladder logic.
- Conduct bench testing, data collection, and iterative refinement to meet performance, reliability, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field with focus on fluid systems.
- 3+ years of experience designing and building fluidic hardware for automated equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks) and CFD tools for fluid dynamics analysis.
- Hands‑on experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and sensor integration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work cross‑functionally, and familiarity with Python for data acquisition and control.
