About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute flight test programs for commercial and military derivative aircraft, ensuring alignment with safety and performance objectives.
- Collect, process, and analyze flight data using MATLAB/Simulink and other advanced tools to validate aircraft performance and identify anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop test plans, procedures, and documentation that meet regulatory and certification requirements.
- Lead post‑flight data reviews, produce detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to engineering and program management.
- Maintain and improve test equipment, software, and data management processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in flight test engineering or a related aerospace discipline.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (FAA, EASA, etc.) and certification processes for commercial and military aircraft.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
