QA Engineer
Perform flight test planning, execution, and data analysis for advanced aircraft, leveraging MATLAB, Simulink, and C++ to validate performance, safety, and certification requirements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review flight test plans, procedures, and checklists for new and modified aircraft systems.
- Execute flight test campaigns, coordinate with pilots, ground crews, and program managers, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Collect, process, and analyze flight test data using MATLAB, Simulink, and statistical tools to assess system performance and identify discrepancies.
- Generate technical reports, test summaries, and certification documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
- Support design and engineering teams by providing test feedback, recommending corrective actions, and validating design changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with flight test operations, data acquisition systems, and aerospace certification processes.
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C++ for data processing and simulation.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex test data.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
