About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and integration of flight control and avionics subsystems for aerospace platforms.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, functional specifications, and requirements traceability.
- Utilize MATLAB/Simulink and CAD tools to model, simulate, and validate system performance.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with defence standards.
- Plan, execute, and document test campaigns, including hardware‑in‑the‑loop and flight test activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in flight systems engineering or related aerospace domain.
- Proficiency with MATLAB/Simulink, CAD, and test instrumentation.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of defence and safety standards (e.g., DO-178C, RTCA).
