Lead integration and testing of advanced flight simulator systems for defense applications, ensuring seamless operation across design, deployment, and maintenance phases using RMS and TLS technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute integration plans for flight simulator hardware and software components within RMS and TLS environments.
- Conduct comprehensive functional, performance, and reliability tests, documenting results and driving corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain detailed test plans, procedures, and traceability matrices to support certification and compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers during system validation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system integration and test engineering for flight simulation or aerospace systems.
- Proficiency with RMS/TLS concepts and tools, and strong analytical problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed for field validation and customer support.
