ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're in the heart of Poland or anywhere else in the EU, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the banking and financial technology sector, working on exciting projects focused on enhancing and transforming the FLEXCUBE Core Banking platform. You'll contribute to large-scale banking transformation initiatives, core functionality improvements, migration activities, and platform optimization efforts within a highly collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Supporting the development and improvement of the FLEXCUBE Core Banking platform.
• Participating in product setup activities and platform-level enhancement initiatives.
• Analyzing and improving core banking functionalities and processes.
• Working on migration initiatives and ongoing transformation programs.
• Configuring and maintaining FLEXCUBE products, parameters, accounting roles, and rules.
• Performing analysis and validation using SQL.
• Working with SOAP/REST web services and XML messages.
• Investigating and troubleshooting issues using UNIX/Linux logs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in production and support environments.
• Contributing to technical documentation, analysis, and solution design activities.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Senior-level experience as a System Analyst within Core Banking environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with core banking operations.

- Account lifecycle

- Interest and fee calculations

- Accounting entries - Regulatory reporting concepts

• Strong hands-on experience with FLEXCUBE, including: - Product setup and parameters - Events, accounting roles, and rules - FLEXCUBE architecture (database, application, and interfaces)
• Experience with: - SQL for analysis and validation - SOAP/REST web services - XML messages - UNIX/Linux logs
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience working in production and support environments.
• Fluent English.
• Availability to join ASAP.
